Double RL — Local services in Malibu

Left RRL with the worst feeling. Came in being super excited to shop. I’m a truly a fan of anything Ralph Lauren and was looking forward to experiencing this RRL in Malibu.

Three of the RRL team were huddled by the register when I walked in talking about acne of all things. I smiled and said hello to to the taller man with dark hair and he gave me the nastiest look and did not say anything. No one said anything to me.

The team of 3 stayed in their huddle by the register and kept talking about acne and their experiences with having acne in the past. What an odd conversation to have while being on the clock and potential clients in the store.

Beautiful store with quite a few things I'm interested in but.... apparently my messy, just on my way home from camping for a week self, doesn't justify even an "hello" from the employees here.

My current look doesn't show the fact that I can easily afford to buy their stuff and the employees are showing their true colors.

Horrible store... I was treated like such garbage. I was asked why I wanted to purchase a certain item and its no one's business to ask why I want something. The customer service I received from Managers to Employees was utterly disrespectful. I would never treat anyone like how I was treated.
