BEWARE, get your records. THEIR INPATIENT UNIT IS OPERATING AN INSURANCE FRAUD SCHEME.
Terse wording & grammar due to 4096 character limit.
Started with Dr. Peresechenski at NHPA. Hospital was also NH. Dr. P.âs position in NH was ambiguous, included inpatient doctor.
Convinced me Lurasidone, antipsychotic, was an antidepressant. Falsified records to make look legit, and as if had done diligence not done.
Not knowing sheâd lied, I asked about DMV paperwork in front of her coworkers. So she perpetuated the fraud into that - but vaguely.
I went to ask why. Spoke openly with her coworkers. Oh no! She used rapid-fire interrupting with âYouâve no insight into your conditionâ to keep me from speaking + herself having to answer anything. Yelled âSTOP!â to get in âWhat condition?â Sheâd discussed none.
Tricked me into a process I didnât know was internment in inpatient unit. Falsified hospitalâs records to ensure it.
Claims like: license suspended for âreckless drivingâ. She knew it false: it was her paperwork, never been accused of reckless driving. And âNot sleepingâ when Iâd been sleeping fine, with my girlfriend thus witness.
Next:
Dr. Troncone saw me on 11-minute call received from work supervisor. Claimed âobsessed with phone, afraid of being cut off from world.â But cut off from world is/was my norm.
Process not what agreed to, but twice threatened to send cops if I tried to leave.
Next person: LPC Annis (now in Wisconsin). Couldnât keep up adding Dr. P.âs claims; recorded almost everything wholly opposite. Claims for imprisonment so weak & vague could never justify it; said couldnât contact Dr. P. so âinpatient by defaultâ, but records contacting Dr. P.
When paperwork came, wasnât comfortable signing. Person threatened to have âsomeone from the county force you to signâ. They abused signature to claim all was voluntary.
I signed formal demand for release ASAP: next morning. They acknowledged it, made as if to counter it, âdecidedâ not to because âseemed compliantâ under threat, ignored it. Rights breach.
Dr. Maria Moreno: claimed 20-minute interaction was 70. When interactions failed to justify imprisonment, omitted them, mined Dr. P.âs false records to fabricate superficially plausible story of why I was there. Copied and pasted lists of discussion and diligence done, including impossible things like âfamily educationâ; none contacted any family. Went on vacation. Tried to change claims for why imprisoned to more egregious ones, chose things I'd been cleared of by all prior.
Dr. Partam Manalai repeated prior false claims.
I asked why not released. Avoided large claims, picked small claims. I debunked rapidly. I demanded, per work supervisorâs advice, to speak to âpatientsâ advocateâ. Oh no! Instead, let me get girlfriendâs #, records learning from her basis for diagnosis and inpatient were false, immediately released me.
Falsified records to cover for priors. E.g.: that Iâd satisfied conditions of release I neither did nor knew; listed 7 things âresolvedâ, including: several never pretensed, & several impossible. E.g. âEtOH Withdrawalâ when all recorded I donât drink, & blood tests before and during show zero alcohol use; âhomicidal thoughtsâ despite none recording any, didnât exist yet.
All avoided telling false claims, leaving no sense why did it all. Failed to gaslight into diagnosis that fit nothing. Exuberant personality?
With no basis for sense of safety + other nuances e.g. antipsychotics make extinction learning signals impossible, PTSD I developed was incapacitating, caused also exacerbation of ADHD to extremity, micro strokes, extreme anxiety, & more.
Medical & psych fraud has long-reaching implications. E.g. Iâm unlikely to ever have any income again: No longer lead scientist in renewable energy startup, about to get PhD. PTSD made homeless brain-damaged nomad incapable of most simple tasks. Falsified records make getting CDL back implausible. SSA denied disability based on false records of treatment of things that didnât exist yet, but were caused...
Read moreI was bitten by a Copperhead the Sunday night before 2024 Memorial Day.
Emergency room reception and security were a bit challenged, even though it was not so busy. Beyond that it got much better.
I walked in with my left hand bitten by the copperhead, and on my right hand the live copperhead in a bag, I grabbed her after the bite so she wouldnât hurt anyone else after rushing to the ER.
The live copperhead caused some commotion in the hospital , I had her under control, so I asked security and the front desk guys to call animal control or the police, they froze, looked at each other waiting for someone else to act and did nothing. If I had another hand I could have called them myself.
In the emergency room they found someone with less fear and more initiative to take the bag from me. I didnât want her killed but I had to deal with my bite, and had no good place to release it without potentially harming others. Sadly they killed her.
Back to the hospital staff, super amazing staff including nurses, RNs, NPs, Med Techs, pharmacists and awesome food service staff, all so nice, compassionate, friendly and great attitudes.
In the ICU Andrew, Kelsey, Maria, Lamar and Sarah took care of me the most before I was transferred to Inova Fairfax on Tuesday night.
In food service Leslie took my orders, sheâs very nice and also Antonio who brought it to my room, Antonio was super nice and always tried to walk in quietly to not wake me up.
The food was really good and prepared with care, I might have to get bitten again to visit them and enjoy their excellent and delicious food service. The medical nursing and tech staff were very skilled, caring and amazingly friendly. Iâm going to miss you all now that Iâm at Inova Fairfax.
I took 1 star off for the lack of initiative on ER reception area, and front desk security. They need a more senior person guiding those 2 groups, or someone from the other more advanced departments telling them what to do.
I took off another star for the doctor not being properly aware of snake bite protocol, and treatment but glad they transferred me to Fairfax Inova, so plus one star to know when to ask for help.
The pharmacists were excellent, both making the antidotes and deliver them to me ASAP. The pharmacist also came to my room after I made some recommendations and nicely agreed with me on the meds and made changes.
I gave the rest of the pharmacy, nursing, med techs, cleaning and food service 6 stars for their amazing skills and initiative so the final score was 4.9 stars.
Thank you all at PWC Hospital and sorry for me bringing a live copperhead in. I was especially impressed by the female nurse that took my vitals full of fear outside, but being so strong inside to do it, unlike some of the guys in reception. Iâm sorry I missed your name đ.
In this snake challenge the XX chromosome beat the XY chromosome on initiative, strength, and skills except for Lamar and Andrew who were as exceptional as the...

This has been the most stressful and confusing hospital stay my wife and I have had for a child birth. Other hospitals were much more accommodating and attentative to the care and safety of the mother. Prince William Hosptial surgeon who is not permanent staff did an excellent job.
Unfortunately the actual staff for post op care are either not observant, not trained effectively or knowledgeable on medical practice. My wife almost died due to lack of blood post op, but was displaying the symptoms of a person who is critically low on blood. They did not check the blood levels after surgery but waited for hours even when complaining of many symptoms related to blood loss. She was constantly asked to walk, to which she couldn't. But they did a blood test and identified a critically low blood count. Then did not tell us this and asked her to walk. To which she became unconscious and fell. I had to catch her and guide her to a wheel chair. I had to transfer her onto the bed as she kept passing out, she was passing out between words on the bed and the staff had exited the room to talk to someone. My wife was clearly critical condition as she was constantly losing consciousness, I had to call medical staff and request a blood transfusion as I now knew she was critical for blood count. The blood transfusion was not rushed or expedited for her, so if any sort of hemorrhaging occurred she could have died in this waiting period. None of the staff seemed concerned about this. They did not document this occurrence as I found out the next day nobody knew what had happened.
Worst hospital stay ever. Their policies on visitation are numerous, so many conflicting policies on what is allowed and what is not. Their managers argue about visitors and blame the patients for not knowing the hospital policy. We did our due diligence and checked their PUBLIC website for covid policy, to which it is listed on their public website. But once in the hospital conflicting guidance is given, inconsistencies are verbally presented to us. I request written policy to which was provided but was not clear on what a visitor is defined at compared to a support person. They never asked the patient or myself to designate visitors, they designated the first visitors to show up that we did not even know were coming as our designated visitors and would not allow us to designate anyone as a visitor or support person.
This is the short story of this hospital experience, their director will be receiving the in depth version...
Thank you Prince William Hosptial for the most unsafe and stressful hosptial stay of our adult lives. I will never come back here.
