I had to come to the area for some errands this morning (5/1/2025) and planned to take a 30 minute meeting while enjoying my coffee and breakfast at this Starbucks. I was planning to get there 10 minutes before my meeting started but I hit more traffic than expected coming from 1.5 hours away and only had 3 minutes before my meeting. I had a whole bottle of water on my way here so I asked for the bathroom code and I was told I could not have it if I didn’t order anything. I told him I would order but I had to run to the bathroom before my meeting started in 3 minutes. I was not given the bathroom code because I had to order first. I did not have time to do both before my meeting started so I was planning to order on the app after I used the bathroom and right after my meeting started. That was not good enough so I had to start my meeting without going to the bathroom. At that point, I was planning on using the bathroom after my meeting and ordering my coffee and breakfast after my meeting as well so my coffee and breakfast didn’t get cold. 10 minutes into my meeting I was told I could not sit at the table if I wasn’t going to order. Again, I stated I was going to order but I could not enjoy my drink and breakfast until I use the bathroom so I would order after my meeting. I was told I had to leave. There were plenty of open tables so I wasn’t taking a spot for someone who waiting to sit. I then moved to a table outside to finish my meeting. Another 5 minutes passes and I was told I could not sit there either and had to leave since I wasn’t ordering anything. There was no one sitting at any of the tables outside. I reiterated what I was planning to do (go to the bathroom after my meeting ends in about another 10 minutes at that point then order my coffee and breakfast so I could enjoy it on a bladder that wasn’t about to burst and enjoy it warm). I was told that was not allowed and I then said in that case, I would take my business elsewhere. Are we not allowed to read or work or hang out at coffee shops anymore, especially if we are quiet and not causing a disturbance? I was fully planning on ordering as I go to Starbucks almost everyday but this location will NEVER get my business again.
I understand certain policies which is why I didn’t mind waiting until after my meeting to order something so I could use the bathroom or even moving to a table outside where no one was sitting while I finished up with what I had to do but the treatment I received at this location was absolutely terrible. Read moreThe employee at the drive through on 04/09/2023 was so rude with my order, Idk if he was having a bad day or if he really hate his job, but I tried to get the same drink that I get at any other location but somehow he got offended when I told him that I didn’t wanted Ice (it gets melted and I drink it for 4 hours) I paid extra money for one more shot of espresso and more syrup (I don’t mind paying for it bc I know it’s extra) but he kept insisting on not selling me a drink without ice I told him to just to put more milk and I was gonna pay extra but he said NO again so I told him if he could put the ice on the side if that made him happy so he puts the ice in a different cup and charged one more dollar (maybe for the cup idk) but when he handed me the cup it was not even half full, HOWS THAT EVEN POSSIBLE? Read moreI asked for the restroom code. Cashier lady 7pm shift today 2/10/25 asked if we ordered. I told her twice that my group ordered. She said NO we didn't. I got upset and said 'do you know how much I invested in Starbucks in years? All we're asking for is a restroom code. And they started laughing. The thing is my group really did ordered drinks! I understand the policy, but to tell me in my face that we didn't order and actually laugh afterwards is very upsetting to say the least. I give this place a -5 for customer service.
