DICK'S Sporting Goods — Local services in Manchester

I bought an exercise bike there. I was told I had to go back after it was delivered to make an appointment to have someone come to my home and assemble it. I went back and did just that. I made an appointment and paid for it. I left with a receipt and got an email confirming the date and time for the appointment. The company Dick’s uses, AIT, called me two days later and told me they were coming the next day. This was not the appointment I scheduled and it did not work for me. I called AIT and the customer service rep had no record of my appointment, even though I went to the store and the employees there scheduled it and charged me for it. The rep was extremely rude and hung up on me. I recommend not buying any exercise equipment from Dick’s that has to be shipped to your home and assembled. The company they use treats...

This is my second time here at this Dick’s Sporting Goods. I have been so lucky to have had Yani help me both times at the cash register and not only does she have phenomenal customer skills, she’s extremely knowledgeable about the ins and outs of the company’s promotions and goes above and beyond to ensure that you’re getting the best purchase possible. She’s unbelievably kind, patient, and respectful. We also had Jamie at the sneaker section help us, and he was attentive, patient, and great. He had someone else helping him who didn’t help us, but she also appeared to work really great with the customer she was helping. These stores are so big but I guess they operate on some lean model .. you can hardly see any one on the floor who could help you. We walked in and couldn’t find no one to help for the first 6 to 7 mins or so.. then had to walk up to the counter to find someone who then directed us to wait and someone would come and help. After some time a lady came out to help us along with few others. As she was only one around to help customers. So wait was very long to get the shoes we were looking for. Though they don’t carry the Nike shoes like vapor fly but were lucky enough to try one as may be some one might have returned in store. Wish there were more people to help.
