NEVER AGAIN! I Made an online purchase to pick up at this location because they are the only one that had the item. I live over an hour away and after an hour I proceeded to the store...2 hours after making the order. I get to the store and there are 40 people in line. Everyone is socially distanced in line, but then you get to the front! 10 furious people all waiting for their online orders, not only completely understaffed but they don't have many of the items that they said that they did! I was told by the worker that fetches the items that sometimes it can take 3 hours for online orders to come in and the woman behind the counter screams 4 or more. I told him to forget it, that I was canceling the order. I took a quick Walk around the store to look for a couple other things I needed but the store is completely disheveled, merchandise all over the ground. The boxes look like a smash and dent shop, a complete mess! I don't think I've ever been in a department store that has been such a mess, even Walmart on Black Friday is neater! Won't be back, not ever! I would never do online ordering with this company no matter where the location is! They take your money regardless of having the product....
Read moreToday while I was looking for a new vacuum and debating on which one to get, I overheard the assistant store manager talk very rudely to an elder shopper. At first it seemed like a simple clarification of prices but then you can hear the irritation in the assistant store managers voice. Here are some things she said “it clearly says up to 70% off” “but I will honor that for this one time.” “That associate is part time she doesn’t know what she is talking about, I am the executive person to make the decision here”. Long story short the end resulted in the shopper said “in all my time shopping I have always had good rapport with management, you are not very pleasant and it will go on record.” The associate manager the. Said, “go for it, the store manager will back me up.”
Well, that in it self made me very uncomfortable I was torn on speaking with that manager to say how uncomfortable it made me feel as a fellow shopper. And just to leave it alone. Also I never bought the $300 vacuum I wanted to purchase … I will now be going on Amazon to make my purchase or bed bath and beyond.

Read moreThe store is always clean and neat. The staff there are usually very nice and are helpful when needed. Unfortunately, they don't really stock alot of "Big" mens sizes over 2XL / XXL that i've seen. I also think they should order more of the popular men's shoe & sneaker stock within the 8.5 to 10 sizes. I've found in my experience, It can be difficult finding those sizes most times. Now the last issue I have is the signs they've been using for their pricing! Ugh! It's a real pain tryin to read SMALL PRINT in black on a grey, 7+ inch, old digital calculator type screen with a small list of items and prices! Sometimes the item and price signs aren't even next to the product. Not to mention the shoe pricing tags! They're on a 1 inch square calculator type screen! If they're into going green while saving money on paper, at least upgrade the screens or something so they're easier for us customers to read. If they're pricing signs were more easy to read and more easily understood by not having a half off sign, so prices over a totally different product than being advertised, it'd be a much nicer shopping experience for myself and possibly others too.
