I went with my nephew in the morning and my niece in the afternoon and spent multiple hours in the Old Navy store on 5/29/2021. They needed a new wardrobe each and are in-between sizes so everything is just a little extra difficult. Luckily, this Old Navy came equipped with an Angel named Sam G. who not only helped us find the right sizes but also boosted up both kids self confidence along the way. Both children were absolutely giddy when we left the store and I know we wouldn't have had such a successful day if it hadn't been for her help. I spent over $400 that day and I tried to tip her too for all her assistance but she wouldn't accept it, I guess it is against store policy. Old Navy corporate take NOTICE! This GEM of a woman deserves a raise and is an absolute rockstar employee who got me set up with the rewards program and even talked to me about the credit card tho I declined this time around. She was the only reason we were able to buy a whole new wardrobe for each kid because I know they would've gotten frustrated way before I could find what was right on my own. Went to look for the right size and couldn’t find what I was looking for..Gina was walking by and asked if I needed help, then went out back to check for the item I was looking for. They didn’t have it in stock. She brought me up front and had other associate to do the exchange. She and the other staff were extremely nice and professional. I was in disbelief how they provided this exceptional customer service. Retail is a very hard job. Customers can be nasty. You need a lot of patience to do this type of job. Read moreIn the midst of my daughter trying on shorts, she injured her toe (not any fault of Old Navy’s) and it started bleeding. She became panicked and lightheaded and fell to the floor.
I must say, I’ve never had such great support and quick reaction from a store manager before. Gina (the store manager and all I know her as), thank you so much for being so caring, bringing her a nice cold water and chair and also, for bringing your warm yet charismatic attitude to the situation.
