O'Reilly Auto Parts — Local services in Mandan

I was greeted as I walk through the door and was assissted by 2 employees for the 2 vehicles I came in for. They did not have one of the parts i needed at this location but another store in the area did. He offered to have it shipped to this store and pick up in 2 days or get it at the other store. I like when people look beyond whats in front of them. As I watched this one employee look up my parts I noticed he tried different vendors and checked 3 different locations to satisfy my request. I also noticed how well those employee's worked together. By physical appearance I would guess they have very socially separate circles (there were 3 employee's present during my visit) but the info they shared seamlessly, the communication with another employee, and the turn around of customers was a job well done. Today we stopped at the Store in Mandan to get a new Battery and asked if they would exchange it for us. Without hesitation Mason said of course we will help. It was not an easy task as he had to take several parts off in order to get the Battery out and the new one in. He did all that with smiles and saying he likes to help. Task was done but the car would not start so he ask Ron if he would have an idea . Ron laid down on the ground and got under our Vehicle and pointed out that we had a missing part. Wow. Mason went above and beyond to help me with all my questions about my car. He came outside, did the plug in thing, told me some tips I could try to prevent my check engine light from coming on, then he found me a $9 air filter (way more at the oil change place), I purchased it, and then he INSTALLED it for me!
