First, Justin sat us down and truly listened to what we were looking for. He’s a great listener and spent hours each day crafting and refining personalized listings. We could leave feedback, which he incorporated the same day to improve the listings further. From day one, we had viewings lined up. For those we couldn’t attend, Justin went on our behalf, taking walk-through videos and giving us honest and candid reviews. His integrity and genuineness throughout the process were remarkable. We trusted him completely, and it was clear he was dedicated to finding us the perfect place.

We found our dream home in Redondo Beach, full ocean views and the perfect layout. Our hearts skipped a beat when we were promised we had the first right to the unit--all we had to do was complete the application and come back in three weeks. We came back, only to find out there was a problem - another applicant was permitted to skip the line and file an application before the official open window, merely minutes before we arrived for our handing over of the keys. Despite being promised three weeks earlier that we had secured our first right to the unit, it seemed our dream was slipping away.

We panicked, feeling like our world had just fallen apart. Justin immediately began brainstorming solutions. He remained incredibly calm under pressure, knowing exactly what to do. He dropped everything and spent the entire day digging online to find the contact information for the CEO and board of directors of the holding company that owned the property. Despite many gatekeepers, he persevered and finally reached a board member, convincingly explaining our situation.

While at work, I received the call from Justin: “You got the home.” I couldn’t believe it. His effort was beyond anything I could have imagined. He walked me through the saga, which sounded like the plot of a movie or an episode of Suits.
