I don't often leave reviews, usually just if my experience was REALLY good or REALLY bad- and this time, I'm happy to say it was REALLY good!!! First of all, they were able to get me in at the last minute, the same day I called. I went in for a cut and color, but the color I wanted was a little unusual (dark purple). They didn't have it, but actually went out of their way to hunt down blue and pink so they could make me the exact color I wanted. And although I will say that the color didn't come out at all like I expected (I had some lingering green in my hair that canceled out a lot of the pink), I still LOVE IT!!! Its like a dark periwinkle color, super unusual, really cool and absolutely gorgeous! And then the cut. I have never in my life had a haircut this great. Seriously- Kasai is a haircutting ninja! He is AMAZING! I love love love my hair, and on top of excellent results, I was also very impressed by how friendly and helpful the entire staff was. FIRST CLASS service, all the way around! First time in the chair with Kasai. Finally happy with a stylist after trying many salons throughout LA over the last 3 years. He’s very straight to the point, which I appreciate. The hair cut from wash to dry took about 45 minutes…quickest haircut of my life but I’ve never been happier. I showed him 3 reference photos and after a few suggestions from him on how to adapt the cut to me, he started the process.
