This is the best clothing store I have ever been to. Kayla made me feel so welcome. She helped me pick out outfits and even stayed late to assist me. She was personable and honestly one of kindest people I have met in a long time. I live in Texas and wanted to purchase a substantial amount of pieces to take home, however I was unable to bring them back with me on the plane. Kayla called management and arranged for me to to have the clothing shipped to my home address back in Texas. I was so happy to have come across this jem clothing store. Arguably worst customer service I ever experienced and very cheap products. I purchased a pair of pants that I washed once (very carefully and according to the wash instructions) and the seams completely unraveled and fell apart. Brought it back to the store and the woman working storefront dismissed me immediately, didn’t even look at the item and told me I need to follow the wash instructions and there’s nothing they can do. I didn't even want my money back, was just hoping there was an option to exchange for a new one or even just a discount off new item....

Just want to say how much I love this store!! The owner was so kind and while I was there and left my phone with a friend she was so on it and helped me figure out how to get it back my calling my friend from her cell.
