Dull experience. Called already having computer knowledge but was treated a bit like I not only didn't know what I was asking, but gentleman didn't want to give out a single tip....had to pay for that. So I went to another place.

EDIT TO ABOVE REVIEW....... I do appreciate being contacted about my reviews but do not wish to call or come in to discuss my review. I do tho want to answer the questions presented in the response to my review... I have been working on computers for years, self taught. I was in an internship program at another local computer store for a year before the owner became ill. So I am not a technical idiot but at the time my experience with Apple was limited. I contacted everyone in Manhattan and this is where I found an Apple tech, the man I spoke with that day. I fully explained I was switching the os on a MacBook and only needed to know the way to switch it into safe mode, because for some reason I couldn't remember at all. Maybe from the 9 straight hours repairing this laptop. I explained every detail to the gentleman of what I was doing, had done, and my question. I didn't not claim to know everything but rest assured I make sure to be upfront that I'm able to do the work I'm doing. My review was not intended to harm anyone, but to put my opinion out there. I'm aware that a person wouldn't call an engine mechanics to teach me to change my motor either. Took my MSI Stealth Pro here to get my fans replaced and after two weeks the job had been done. However when I brought the PC back it would shut down at random times or if I touched the mousepad. So I took it back to see what had gone wrong. After about a month of them working on it they fixed the issue, no charge. They definitely went above and beyond to fix what had gone wrong during the replacement of the fans, but were not the best at communicating the status of the repair. Any updates I got were when I called and asked. All and all it was a time consuming endeavor to replace three fans but they did see it though to the end. The technicians were professional in their interactions with me and gave me honest assessments of their progress. In the end I am conflicted with my opinion, had the replacement of the fans gone fine the score would be higher along with my recommendation. As it stands I don't know where my...

They’re very professional and they do their best to help you. I was wanting to get my computer upgraded and they communicated with me for days as we figured out the best options for me. I dropped it off in the morning and had it back that afternoon. They did great work.
