Visited on 11/20/18. The service was good and the food was excellent. I recommend the scallops. Everything was going fine until I went to the bathroom. Upon entering there was a gentleman in there who stopped me right as I walked in. He said "this is my restaurant, you can't come in here I'm cleaning up a mess". Well I wasn't going to leave the restaurant to use another bathroom so I said I'm good and walked around him to get to a urinal. That's when I saw it. The urinal on the left had been puked in and there was vomit all over the floor, on/in the urinal, and on the wall and divider. It was actually impressive as much as it was disgusting. I hadn't seen a mess like that since I was a student at KSU and visited any bathroom in aggieville on fake patty's. I got back to my seat and told my girlfriend what I saw. She said "yea that guy is pretty drunk". Once the guy who stopped me came out of the bathroom it was pretty obvious he was beyond Inebriated and the culprit of the mess. He was stumbling around trying to figure out how to clean the mess up and even asked a couple servers to help who rightfully refused. I continued to monitor the drunken creature and noticed how touchy he was with the female servers. He would stumble around pretending like he was doing something then approach a server, put his arm around their waist, say something to them, then move his hand down to their butt and they would immediately walk away or push his hand away. I saw this happen 5-6 times with 3 different servers. I could tell that the actions of the drunk were not welcomed and wondered why the servers weren't more aggressive in getting him to stop. When I asked one of the servers who he was she informed me that he was the general manager. So basically this guy thinks he has the authority to behave this way because it is "his restaurant". I come to find out his name is Jack Melton and somebody thought he was responsible enough to manage such a nice establishment. I can assure you he is not. I felt sorry for the servers as I am sure they were concerned about keeping their job. I'm surprised the management company - Steven Hospitality Group -hasn't endured several sexual harassment suits because this guy is a prosecuting attorney's dream. I would be more than happy to testify to the actions of Jack Melton if asked to. I've included some pictures of him to warn any female of coming within arms reach of this perv. If I am notified that disciplinary action has been taken (disciplinary action = fire Jack) then I would be more than willing to remove this review and update it to reflect the quality of service and food I...
Read moreOverall, not a great experience. Made a reservation for a birthday dinner for my girlfriend, and it was a disappointment all around. TLDR; if you do go for dinner, make sure to ask specifically for a big table in your res. Bring hand sanatizer or hand wipes for their "drink menu". Lastly, be prepared to pay price above reason for mid-class options. This place doesn't have a personality beyond "golf club".
The table we were sat at was nowhere near big enough and had a horrible shake / imbalance to it. The table was more an end table than a dinner table, I'm a relatively normal size dude and I didn't fit at it. They're also piaced just in the worst spot, you're going to feel like you can't even hold a conversation without being on the spot. If you do go for dinner, make sure to request you are sat at a regular sized tabled.
The drink menu is going to be on a nasty little ipad with the most pointless application to flip through their drinks. They have way to many options on the menu, you'll never be able to get through them all and you'll forget what you read while going through it. So come with an couple options of drinks you like to request for, and probably hand sanatizer. It'd make sense for them to at least wipe it off first before dropping it at the next table and not offering to explain what it even is.
Their menu and atmosphere is primarily just middle-class trying to pull off fine dining brunch. The dinner menu felt all over the place and there isn't really a "personality" to the place. You'll feel like you're at a golf club. Don't be fooled by their pictures, it's not a fancy place to eat.
Our waitress was nice, she was willing to be helpful and all. We didn't eat anything though, their prices are way to high in my opinion for what the restaraunt offers. Foods probably fine, but they don't make up the difference in atmosphere.
We paid just around $30 for a "glass of wine" and a...

Let me start off by giving more information about me and this restaurant relationship. So I have been coming to wine dive kitchen for 2 years. I have always found value in the quality of food, hospitality, and decoration. But today was a serious let down. QUALITY OF FOOD- today was a train wreck, upon being seated im told that 4 of the 13 food items on the plates menu were out of stock. That's alright, i order an alternate meal. When i Get my food 23 minutes later it's prepared wrong, i also only received around a "McDonald's small" amount of fries. i eat it anyway and try to give them another chance. I ask for a menu and place another order of one of the meals they had in stock. Im then told that the kitchen is closing for brunch exactly 24 minutes early and that they're not going to prepare the food . HOSPITALITY- i was seated fairly quickly and upon being seated my waitresses came and explained the food outages, she left then came back to take my order, never once through my entire visit was i offered to order a drink, alcoholic or virgin. As previously stated i waited 23 minutes for food, which was an unusually long wait for the establishment. A auxiliary waiter gave me my food and i didn't see my own waitress for 16 more minutes. Upon her return i asked for the second order which was denied, and on her last return of the service to my table i asked for the bill. In all, i was visited four times including asking for the bill and not once asked about a beverage. Decoration was...
