I purchased a used iPhone from them and they mailed it to me! The phone arrived in an envelope without a charger. I had to go purchase a new charger at Verizon to later find that the phone will not even power on after hours of charging. I will say that the shipping of the item was faster than I expected. I'm not sure if I just ended up with a dud phone or if it was damaged during transit due to being improperly packaged and bouncing around in a thin envelope. I am returning the phone but apparently they don't cover shipping for returns so it's out of my pocket to return the phone. So now I'm out the cost of the charger as well as the return shipping costs for a phone i can't utilize. Within the same day of the repair, there were lines across the screen and the buttons would not work.
