I purchased a used iPhone from them and they mailed it to me! The phone arrived in an envelope without a charger. I had to go purchase a new charger at Verizon to later find that the phone will not even power on after hours of charging. I will say that the shipping of the item was faster than I expected. I'm not sure if I just ended up with a dud phone or if it was damaged during transit due to being improperly packaged and bouncing around in a thin envelope. I am returning the phone but apparently they don't cover shipping for returns so it's out of my pocket to return the phone. So now I'm out the cost of the charger as well as the return shipping costs for a phone i can't utilize. I went in for a simple cell phone screen replacement. The technician found a new screen to order and he installed it quickly once it arrived. Within the same day of the repair, there were lines across the screen and the buttons would not work. I went back in to address the issue and the technician, Josh, just said he didn't know, shrugged his shoulders, and walked into another room. Got my computer looked at and everything and he told me to take it back home and if anything else happens send him a picture or a video and I've sent him multiple and never heard anything back and it's been over 2 months so I went to microcenter and the figured out the problem faster and fixed it faster then these guys would have if I ever have another problem I'll drive almost 3 hours to get my computer fixed than coming back...
