I have had a great experience at G Thomas! Roxy was amazing in helping me to reset two diamond engagement rings into new settings, as well as size a Wedding band. (Really, ALL of the staff is amazing, you could work with anyone). I am very sentimental about my jewelry and wanted to wear pieces that my Husband gifted on the regular.With my active lifestyle, I needed to brainstorm how I could accomplish this. I had my original engagement ring set into a necklace, and while I had a 10-year anniversary ring made custom out-of-state, I needed a more classic style, so I had G Thomas reset my 1.13 Carat Cushion stone into a Tulip head center, with a cathedral setting. :) Wow, G Thomas blew me away!

First, I brought my projects in the week of thanksgiving. I spent a few days emailing back and forth with Roxy, who was such a fast communicator! I knew she was working hard to find a band and diamond head that would meet my needs for my center stone reset. Second, Roxy surprised me with how quickly they finished my pieces! Less than two weeks from drop off, I was wearing and enjoying ALL my new pieces!! Third, the restyle of my pieces made them look exquisite! The right settings really matter! My husband and I bought our wedding rings there. The staff was very nice and helpful. We would never ever go anywhere else. I take my wedding rings un about once a year to get them cleaned and I also have them check the diamonds and the head ti make sure that the diamonds will not fall out. I have lost my diamond on my engagement rung twice and had to get it replaced twice. But they are so good too. When I take them in to be cleaned my rings come back so shiny and beautiful at no charge. My husband bought me this very beautiful necklace for Christmas last year at G Thomas. As soon as you walk in the door there is always someone there to greet you. They always have a big smile on their face. You let them know what your looking for and they will help you find what your looking for. They also have birth stones in engagement rings if you would like something like that. G Thomas is my husbands and my favorite jewelry store. As I said we would never go anywhere else. Plus they have their own jewelry person.un rhe back that cleans and fixes the rings. So when you take your jewelry into G Thomas to be cleaned or fixed or even both you usually get it back the next day. But sometimes he gets very busy to where it may take 3 to 4 days before you get your jewelry back. A lot of your jewelry stores have to ship them off to be taken care of.
