Burger King — Restaurant in Manheim Township

This place is the worse. My husband and I stopped there on our way to the train station. The dining room was disgusting. We were sliding on the greasy floor and I was sticking to the floor by the drink machine. There were no less than 6 employees just standing around and talking and laughing. The windows were filthy. Manager at the time acted as if we were inconveniencing them. Returned today on our way back to the train station. Placed our order and the girl taking the order was incompetent. The floor and windows were still disgusting. Five employees just standing around. The coke was just seltzer water. When I mentioned it at the counter one employee said it was the same the day before. I had to ask if I could get a coke from the drive thru machine. They weren't happy with the request. Non employees were behind the counter. Four employees came in with pizzas from papa John's. Nope, never going back. Corporate should be in there and firing everyone and start over in...

Stopped there Saturday, September 10, 2022 at 8:17 pm. Used the drive-thru. Person said can I help you. I gave my order and after I finished the person told me that they were closed. I questioned them being closed at that time on a Saturday night and was told they were short staffed. Pulling the rest of the way thru the drive thru I noticed 2 people inside and 1 outside texting on their phone. Stopped in today to see the manager. Everybody pointed to a young man standing there. As I was explaining to him what happened, every employee in the restaurant came up and was listening to my conversation. Each one had an excuse or reason as to why they closed early. At that point I realized that what I was saying was falling on deaf ears so I made the comment "Everybody is short staffed. That just means you have to work harder." Heard a bunch of laughs and giggles as I turned around...

Drive thru experience was very rude with Sue. I ordered 2 crossaint wiches that cost 2 for $5.00 + tax When I got to the window she said $5.70. Is due. I said no it would be $5.30 she said nastily you didn’t ask for 2 for $5. Since when do you have to give the BK person the price! While she was showing her displeasure I said what is wrong with you and what is your name ? She said I don’t have a name , I then asked for the Manager , she closed the window and walked away. I went inside to talk to the Manager She said her name is Sue and the owner will not get rid of her because she has been employed so long.
