This is the third time this year the staff tried to overcharge me before I pointed out the error. While the store seems to have quality deli meats it certainly seems to lack transparency in other areas. Once your order is complete they give you a total you have no way of checking the accuracy of the total except for keeping a tally either mentally or some other method.

Every time I’ve inquired why the price is more then it should be I’ve been met with a friendly reply that makes me feel like I’m in the wrong for not understanding addition. The staff had explained to me with a friendly confidence how the price of the various items add up to the total. All while the prices or weights used in their calculation are flatly wrong.

After proving I have been overcharged the staff will adjust the price.

For the past few years I've noticed that the friendliness and good service at this store have gone downhill. I recently went with my family as we do every Christmas season, when my son politely asked one of the employees who had her back turned (she refused to disclose her name) a question, beginning his inquiry with "Excuse me, ...". She cut him off and snapped at him, saying "I am trying to close off an order if you can't tell??!!" At this point one of her coworkers stepped in and responded to my son with "It's fine," and answered his question kindly. It is important to note that my son is the public interface person at his own job and would not have asked her a question mid-order had he known. I do hope that in subsequent years your customers will be treated with the respect...

The food is absolutely phenomenal. It's so yummy you just want to keep eating. The store has cheeses from France and other places around the world. They have the best beef jerkies and beef sticks. All homemade! My favorite is the ham and brie panini. It's delicious! They have something for every taste. I definitely recommend this store. They even have a little bistro in the back of the store where you can enjoy your food with my favorite Hank's gourmet black cherry soda. And... the pies and cakes...
