I have been going to this CVS for over three years with minimal issues. There was a new pharmacist today, and if he remains the only pharmacist, i plan on finding somewhere else.
On a weekend day, clearly busy, told me my meds would be ready in about 20 minutes. I was a bit skeptical, but he is the expert. I stood in line for literally 10+ minutes while he was dealing with a customer issue- fine, it happens. When it was my turn, he immediately told me my prescription wasn’t ready- meaning he recognized me and KNEW my medication was not ready, but seemed content to let me wait over ten minutes to tell me that. An hour after leaving, i finally received a notification my meds were done- thank goodness i chose not to wait (again).
