If you're reading these reviews, chances are something bad has happened to something expensive. I've been there, friend. So you go online, start looking for places to fix your device, and you've found yourself reading the reviews, skimming for keywords like "Quick", "Affordable", "Professional", and then whatever it is you've managed to destroy, or at least mess up. Friends, it is with welcoming arms that I greet you and bring tidings of relief. I've dealt with the high priced wizards at A**le Stores, I've dealt with hiring my friend's kids, and now I have found this fantastic haven of repair.

I had to bring in my laptop for a swollen battery, less than a week turn around, and the only sticker shock I had was the thought "Oh I thought that would've cost MORE!" Everything works like a dream, everything was explained in casual but professional terms, and I'm going to stop in again and take a look at some of their older model items they had for sale.

I dropped my phone and thought the screen was cracked. I got a call back the same day when I left a message asking how much it would be to fix it. Other places told me 3 or 4 days, and fix IT chix said an hour and a half and came in cheaper than the other places I called. As soon as the parts came in I received a phone call and was able to make an appointment to drop my phone off. When I got there, she looked at my phone and discovered that it was actually just the tempered glass screen protector that broke and not the actual screen on my phone. Great job from start to finish. My Samsung G4 had a loose charger jack and I wasn't sure where to take it. Googled a bunch of places and all were either shut down or only serviced iPhones. Including the Park City Mall kiosk near the Apple store. I took it in on a Saturday, without an appointment, and was told that it would be no more than a half hour, that she'd put another repair on hold and that when I stopped back it would be fixed. Terrific! She tightened the jack and told me if it broke that I'd get the amount spent on this repair off the cost of a new jack. Awesome.
