This was our first time going here. We went in around 1pm, initially hoping for a Bagel Breakfast sandwich. Unfortunately, we picked the one location that doesn't serve breakfast all day. But, we were hungry and needed some caffeine, so we decided to go ahead and order lunch. We are absolutely glad we did. First, I have lived all over the country, and that was probably the best cappuccino I've ever had. My wife got the Chicken Salad Melt and really enjoyed it. I got the Breakfast Burger. It was great, but I would recommend asking for a few extra napkins before you start eating. Messy, but it's definitely worth it. After eating, we noticed a cake stand with an amazing looking 4-layer cake on the counter. It was chocolate mocha, and it was fantastic. I would highly recommend checking it out, and we will absolutely be back ourselves.

Finally, a reasonably priced breakfast spot with good food and excellent coffee concoctions. Stopped in this morning with three others. Chai tea, cafe au lait, and a caramel latte prompted responses like “yum!”, “ooouu” and “yes!” The Lancaster Breakfasts with a selection of sourdough, cinnamon swirl, and whole grain toast was our pick, along with a yogurt bowl covered in fresh fruit and house-made granola. Some tempting looking baked goods stated at me from across the room, but, alas, I was too full to try one out. The restaurant was clean, comfortable and nicely appointed. Service was fast and friendly. The lunch menu looked pretty good as well. Maybe next time. Coffee Co has other locations such as Lititz, New Holland, and Milk Creek. Definitely recommend.

I am completely disappointed about the poor customer service received from this restaurant.

We placed an online order for pick up. Upon arrival, our food was not ready. We waited for an hour for the kitchen to prepare our meals.

What was more upsetting than waiting was the disrespect we received from a young blonde who works for thr company. She marched up to us and essentially told us off. Annoyingly and upsettingly, she stated that there are only two cooks in the kitchen and the restaurant is busy. She then said that after placing our online order, it is our responsibility to call rhe restaurant and confirm our order. WHAT? I informed her that the restaurant should have called us and informed us that the food would not be ready at the set time provided in the confirmation. We also told her that the website did not informed us to call and confirm our order after it was made.

Upon requesting that they replaced the cold coffee (about 5 coffees) that's been sitting for a hour as the food was being prepared we were told no. We were told that the manage, who is ABSENT, must approve such request.

Poor customer service, however, the chefs prepared tasty meals.

To the manager, please teach your employees proper customer service. No customer should be disrespect the way we were. Proper management would have ensured that our food was ready or to at least communicated with its customer

Upon returning home, everyone was completely upset that it took us over an hour to bring their food. All the toddlers were no longer hungry and picked at the food we encouraged them to eat. That was very upsetting.

A BIG...

I am writing to express my disappointment with the experience I had at your restaurant on 8/17/24 unfortunately, the service fell far below my expectations, and I felt it necessary to bring it to your attention.

From the moment we arrived, the attitude of the staff was not welcoming. The host seemed disinterested and was not accommodating at all. The servers were all inattentive, and ignored us completely. Additionally, as we set at the counter area unattended to, there were two staff members just standing with their backs towards us & chitchatting while we watched and waited for service. We even asked who our server was, and a female server responded, “ I don’t know who your server is!” as though we were bothering and annoying her. We were appalled by her response and shocked by her tone.

Body language & attitude makes a world of a difference on a customers experience and this experience right here is completely unacceptable. I believe that a key part of any dining experience is the service, and the attitudes of your staff and this experience has left a negative impression on my family and I to the point of never wanting to return.

For your staff to behave in this manner so comfortably, perhaps the areas of improvement should begin with management 1st because action reflects leadership. I hope this feedback is taken constructively because I believe your restaurant has the potential to offer a much better experience if the staff is more attentive, polite, and professional.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. I hope other customers do not have to go through the same...

OK, so I travel to Lancaster, PA for a dance competition once a year. I stumbled upon this place next to our hotel. Every time I go in there, I tell them how much I need them to open a location near me. The food is incredible. The staff is so friendly. The coffee drinks are amazing. If you’re looking for that cute little place that is hip with good food no pressure to order, with food that comes out fast, and friendly staff. This is it. I wish I had one of these coffee Co. restaurants near me. I had their chicken and rice soup, which was so delicious, fresh Ingredients and just warmed you right up from the inside out. I ended up taking a quart to go and my whole family loved it. I would also definitely recommend their 30 sandwich. It is turkey, avocado mash, tomato, and a garlic aïoli on a pretzel bun. My husband got the steak sandwich, which was also delicious with the pickled onions. My daughter got the ham and cheese melt and let me tell you. It’s not an ordinary ham and cheese sandwich. It has different kinds of cheese with real ham that sliced thinner and grilled on sourdough bread toasted. That was also incredible! It’s just overall a slam dunk for every age. And like I said, I can’t get enough of their specialty coffee drinks! Although we got the lunch, they do have breakfast as well and once again everything we got from there has been top-notch. It’s a must eat if you live in Lancaster, PA and if you don’t and you end up visiting there, you have to go there ! You will thank me...
