I have been a very satisfied Lang's customer for 40 plus years. They are my GO TO STORE for major appliance purchases. I trust what they recommend. I know they will service what they sell. Recently, when the appliance manufacturer was slow to back their warranty and seemed to be making convenient roadblocks at my expense, LANG'S APPLIANCE VOLUNTARILY STEPPED UP AND MADE GOOD ON THE MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY! Way to go, Lang's Appliance! You guys...

Purchased a Maytag washer from a "big box" appliance store. Never again!! Having trouble with my washer and had to call Maytag customer service. After a lot of time on phone with Maytag we will be having Langs Appliance come and fix the problem Karen from Langs is such a great person and always very helpful and it just proves once again buying from a reputable local business is the best way to go....

While they werent able to fix my problem due to covid precautions (no new customers) i must say that they went out of their way to help me figure out my problem, this is a great business that does things the right way for their customers and potential...
