Reminded myself today why I don't do business at o'Reilly, in the middle of a project and realized caliper pins are pretty seized and not worth fighting. Went to store knowing products there are a little inferior but it's only a bracket with pins. Found out bracket, pins, and boots are all sold separately- basically to ding you at register. Next I find out the bracket has a core charge when everyone knows that no one is rebuilding a cast bracket. FINE. Installed in less than an hour and while taking test drive decided to return. Same counter guy says you brought cores back - I'll need your receipt which is in my job folder. I will have to be really desperate to...

Went there to get some cleaning material and touch up paint for my car. I had to wait in line for a while which was not an issue because they were working with others. Finally it came my turn and the guy at the desk helped me and thanked me for my patience. When it came time for my change he said I am going to gyp you out of 4 cents because I do not have any pennies and just called the next customer. To be honest if he would have asked I probably would not have thought anything about it and said sure. It was just very rude the way he did it. Oh well 4 cents cost...

7:14 pm 6/10/19 Worst experience at an O'Reilly store. 2 staff on hand, more concerned about socializing with there freinds at the registers. 15 min for 4 spark plugs and a coil at one and 2 rotors at the other. I had to literally throw the $ for a can of freon over the customers (his friend) shoulder to get the staffs attention. No apologys, have a good night or sorry for being a worthless employee. Think ill take my business...
