I am somebody who never leaves reviews. Iām starting to realize that I really need to. My wife and I moved into the area a year and a half ago and havenāt had good service at any pizza place near us. So here is my review for this Pizza Hut location. I have attempted to order food from this location four times in a year and a half - here are my reviews of those four times:
1st time - ordered pizza and breadsticks to be delivered. Pizza came, but no breadsticks. Called and they said I could either be refunded or have them delivered, I opted for them to be delivered (since I wanted the food that I ordered). Never heard anything and they never came within an hour and a half. I called back and said ācould I just have a refund?ā Guy told me that I could but heād do it at the end of the night. Guess what ā that refund never happened. I called the next day and got the āofficialā manager and told him the situation. He told me that he would refund my money and also add $10 to my āaccountā for the next time I ordered. That money was refunded. When I went to order again, the $10 āon my accountā wasnāt there. I figured āoh wellā. That was extra, no biggie.
3rd time ordering, I ordered via online app with 1 hr and 2 minutes until closing. My app showed that this Pizza Hut confirmed the order. An hour and a half later, with no change to app, I tried to call and it said that this location ācanceledā my order. Clearly this was a āeh, I donāt feel like making this order and delivering it with only an hour until quitting timeā mindset.
4th time ordering - we ordered tonight at 7pm. Order from the āfastā pizza chain came at 8:21pm and our pizza and breadsticks were cold.
Obviously, if you are the manager of this establishment, Iād suggest figuring out a way to lead your people better. Your employees obviously do not care, and it shows to their customers. Thatās long but it is what it is. 6:51pm I get a text that it is now out for delivery. 7:24 still no food so I call. No answer, just voicemail. I decide I want a refund as my food (chicken) has now been in a car for almost 40 minutes. 7:32 Iām ready to leave and the driver pulls up. I had him keep my food because I no longer wanted it. No fault of his whatsoever. I drove to the location which is only 2 minutes from my house. Thereās only one person working and one driver. The girl that was working didnāt give me any issues in giving me a refund. Thatās why I put two stars instead of one. This is not about the employees at all but what is going on at this location and itās management that you have two people working only? They better make good money as I most likely am not the only one upset that they have to deal with. I hope they both get new jobs and leave this place. Shame on whoever is in charge.
