We purchased a very expensive recliner in good faith , I got it home after a few days I saw the padding from the back was slipping a bit so I called Interior Home of Lancaster I said their was an issue and they needed to come to our home and pick it up. He said what are we going to do with it? I asked him how much money am I going to lose , he replied”” I forgot between $350 & $400 . I said but the chair is defective I pondered over it then called him back I said you need to send someone out to see if this is chair is defective. The repair man came out he filed a report saying indeed the chair was defective. My husband and I went back to the store first of all it was a waisted trip the first time no credit had been applied .We went home and got that all straightened out went back ,looked around their was nothing we wanted I asked the man since it was defective if we could get our money refunded? He said NO !!’We wound up buying a table set that we didn’t need and another recliner. The chair in the show room was brown we did not want a brown chair z they delivered our new chair, got it in our family room and the chair looked avocado green the most putrid shade of green .again we called they said you ordered a brown chair and I said no we didn’t order a brown chair. I said you need to come and get it and they go well. It’s been in your home for two days we can come and get the chair that would be dishonest if we put it back on our floor room. First of all it took two separate people to ring up our sale, so who knows what the lady wrote next to what the first one wrote we assumed that they had got it straight between them. Obviously, they did not now we are stuck with a lousy avocado chair, which is ugly. The dining room that we bought was delivered with a couple of dings so we called the company again and they came out and fixed the table. I told them any other company would’ve brought me a brand new table since it was checked out when the delivery people were here and they took note of it, so it’s not like it was a used table, like I said, we noticed the damage right when the repair men were here, we should’ve sent it back right then and there . so I believe at this point we were down about $1600 or the recliner that is so ugly. It’s embarrassing to have anybody look at the color Which is supposed to be brown, but looks like an ugly avocado green and the dining room set (by the way, they told us that we bought it out of the discount center) I said we did not get it from the discount center we bought it right from the front of the store in the first showroom when you walk through the door. I i’m done with this company won’t recommend them will never buy anything from them. Our experience was horrible. They should’ve refunded us our money right after their first recliner. I think they’re equivalent to selling snake oil the other thing the woman that sold us this furniture her name was Mel. She smelled like an ashtray so bad that the second time we went in we actually tried to avoid her and another lady was helping us out until Mel came around like I said we were purposely trying to avoid her, nobody wants to be around someone that smells like an ashtray especially when you’ve had lung cancer it’s Offensive. It offensive. Apparently, once you use one sales person Yeah, their territory from here on out. Again, never ever will buy anything or recommend anybody to the store. Absolutely...

While I appreciate the response, and also appreciate being sold the floor model and given free delivery, and while I understand that covid has changed things, my review is of the buying experience and shall remain the same. While I understand that you say your management did what they could as soon as they found out - they didn't. They passed us on to someone in accounting. They didn't try to make anything right even after we spoke to them twice on the phone. Only after my wife went in person did anyone take any responsibility. Also, if you tell someone that it will be 4-6 weeks, and then at week 7 we find out it could be 4-6 weeks longer by us calling in to find out what the status is, that's not good service or communication. You should at the very least proactively reach out to those customers and inform them of the delay, especially one that is doubling the expectations that you initially set.
I appreciate the outcome, though I do not appreciate any of the steps leading up to it.

One of the worst buying experiences we've ever had. We ordered a couch and was told it would be arriving in 4 to 6 weeks. We're at week 7 now and the new date when it should arrive isn't for at least another 4 weeks, and possibly up to 7 more.
Good luck talking to people at the store too. It's just constant "oh, I'm sorry, the person you spoke to last time was completely wrong, this is how it is". We even got a customer service Rep who told us that the last person we spoke to was wrong about what they told us... And they were the last person we spoke to.
Forget trying to get a refund too - first we have to talk to management to get a refund who then tells us that they can't give us a refund and we have to talk to their accounting department instead. They work limited hours, so now it's days more that we have to wait. Just constantly passing the responsibility from one person to the next and no one decides to help. Simply unacceptable. We just wanted a couch or our money and they will seemingly provide neither.

MORE HORRIBLE SERVICE Ottoman arrives 3 weeks behind schedule! They brought the wrong one!! The ottoman I have is 2 inches shorter than the one we ordered! The first answer we get from the sales woman is that we should be happy with it because the ottoman is better if it is much lower than the couch! It is better for you back if the ottoman is 2 inches lower than what you order!
Then the owner calls me and explains that the delivered/ordered the wrong one for us and that I can return it but they REFUSE to order the correct one! Can you believe a company would actually admit that they provided a wrong order but would not correct it! They are coming to get all the furniture out of my house in the next few weeks!
Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. Lies lies and more lies. First the finance deal that is zero interest requires a hefty down payment even with 800+ credit score. Bait and switch.
Then the furniture did not arrive anywhere close to estimates. They will never call you and keep you in the loop once the sale is completed. We had to call and call and call and call to find answers as to when the furniture will arrive. Took 4 MONTHS to get here!!!! No phone calls, we had to call them.
