I returned an online purchase and was glad it was not a busy time. Unfortunately the Associate at the Cash Register was not in a great mood or it is just her normal self. I do not need to be greeted or pampered like other customers. However, I expect a respectful service. This staff just does not know how to properly ask nor tell a customer in the polite way. She seems to forget to bring her manners at work. I said, “I eant to return an online purchase please.” She said “yep” and went clikcing on her screen. The way she asked for my phone number - oh wait, she did not even asked because she just blurted “phone number”. Good thing I have common sense and knows how to read the situation. I work as a part-time Sales/Clothing Stylist Associate in Wrentham so I know what she means. This Associate did not even say “Can you please enter your phone number in the keypad” or “can you please tell me your phone number so I can process the return”. She just blurted “PHONE NUMBER”. Read more. UPDATE **. On 7/2021 I went shopping to update my wardrobe and I immediately noticed a shift in the customer service ! It was so nice to be greeted by a kind voice. Any help I needed was right there for me. They helped me order items online that were not at this location and the manager was just so knowledgeable and friendly at guiding me through my entire shopping experience. All I know is I am now 100% satisfied not only with all the wonderful styles Loft has to offer but the customer service they offered me and other clients there as well.
