Exceptionally attentive service by whom I can only assume is the store manager or possibly assistant. It seems him & I share a fondness of quality audio. My experience being mostly in car audio As far as home entertainment, I hate to admit this; I was CLUEless! I was made to feel beyond comfortable, no one could "act" that sincere & passionate about the many options + wide array of features unless they truly live it! Not only did I enjoy the personal 1 on 1 attention, answers in detail to my many questions even elaborating further when undoubtedly my face showed confusion. I was also NEVER pressured or made to feel I had to buy something or that I was wasting anyone's time! He was cool enough to demo multiple models & devices. I think he may have gotten a kick out of the clear amazement on my face too! Deffinately well versed in any aspect of audio & from what I saw, most everything in the store. It was a cool experience as well as a learning & eye opening one. The best part was it was just like a good friend who got a new system, with the 2 of us enjoying the many phenomanaly well sounding sound bars & other assorted options for home theater & audio! I came in looking for automotive speaker wire & was introduced into a whole new realm of audio I knew little to nothing about in such a professional, knowledgeable way, yet casual & never felt like I was dealing with a salesman. Zero pressure. Told me that why not check them out? That's why we & floor models are here! Take a listen, when your ready or considering making an upgrade, We will be here. The sincerity was equally as impressive as the audio quality. I can tell this gentleman is an Audiophile at heart & I'm guessing had as much fun seeing my reactions as I did listening to various models. Great experience! As a side note; I travel over 5 towns to only go to the Mansfield location. I had not such a great experience several years ago @ a location that no longer exists, Choose to give Mansfield a try after leaving the other location & it's the only Best Buy I have been inside in over 5 years + have never had an issue, bad experience or anything negative happen whatsoever! Imo, this location is run different from other locations that I haven't been into in many years, however, It always presented itself & staff as not only willing, GOING above & beyond on a daily basis provided personal, accurate, 1 on 1 service + never trying to pressure or rush the customer, no sales tactics of any sort. Sound advice from knowledgeable, trained individuals who treat there customers as individuals, not numbers! A welcome change in today's retail...

They do not stand behind their products...I bought a GE laundry dryer from Best buy and bought the total tech support which gives us a 2 year warranty Shortly after I bought it I realized that it was not drying well and the clothes remain wet. A technician came and said that he fixed it, only to find out that the problem still exists. I called and they came back. and they said they need a part. Then they came and change the part. few months later I called with the same problem. Best Buy scheduled an appointment and never showed up. Technician name was Antonio. I called again about 2 months ago. They insisted that I have to pay for the service call although nobody told me when I signed up for total tech that I have to pay. Then the technician came here. He tried to fix it and told us to try it on manual and put it on 60 minutes or more. We did that and still the cloths are coming out damp. We called him and he came back and ordered parts. He changed the parts. Then we realized that the dryer is still not drying. I called the technician many times and texted him, no answer. I then called corporate. they set up another appointment. I waited at home on Saturday all day, nobody shows up or called. I called the technician but he didn't answer him. His name is Marlon. I called corporate and explained all the inconvenience. They said they can not do anything about it. When I asked why the technician did not show up or call, they said because the part did not arrive. I then asked why would you set an appointment and send me multiple messages that I need to stay home for it when the part did not arrive, they had no answer. They said they need to set up another appointment. My consumer rights have been violated many times. The lemon law does not seem to apply to Best Buy. Best Buy is having no regard to consumer time being intentionally wasted. Best Buy intentionally set up many appointments and not showed up. So far Best Buy visited my house over 8 times and they still refuse to admit that they are breaking the lemon law.....Do not fall in the same trap as I did. Buy your appliances from other businesses. Best Buy will take you for a ride...if you call customer service, they have no leverage to do anything...Run and do not spend your money at a business that does not stand behind...
Read moreToday I had an awesome experience at the Best Buy in Mansfield. This was my first visit to this location. I was looking into purchasing a new cell phone. Ashton Jaramillo ended up assisting me. He answered all my questions, and I ended up choosing to upgrade to a Samsung S22. Ashton offered to help me set my phone up and switch everything from my old phone to the new. My previous phone was an S8 Edge and was over 5 years old. Several times during switching over my previous phone would lose battery power, glitch out or die all together. Ashton was very patient and determined to see me through until everything switched over. When the content was switching over it was extremely slow, but Ashton kept me entertained in between his other store duties. He answered my questions about different electronics and explained the difference between lcd, led and oled tvs and even drew out how the lighting in them worked, which was helpful for me since I'm a visual learner. He seemed like he really enjoyed his job and helping others. He even recommended a local food place to me when I asked him what was nearby and kept an eye on my phones while they were still transferring content so I could go eat since I was there quite a while. When his shift was ending he even said he didn't mind staying a few extra minutes to help, but Jared LeRoux was willing to finish the process with me and Ashton made sure I was in good hands. Jared was also amazing. Both were friendly, personable and very kind. Honestly the whole Best Buy team was. I was there quite a while and got to see many interactions with different staff members and everyone was very intentional, communicative, professional, yet also seemed very comfortable with each other like a family. There's a good flow over there and they should all be proud of the service they are providing. It was a long day, due to my old phone not their service, but they saw me through to the end and I'm very pleased with my new upgrade. Keep up the good work Best Buy Mansfield! You've earned a new returning customer and I'll be back soon and will definitely recommend you to family and friends! God...
