the merchandise is a great selection. however, the management and customer service is not up to par. the manager reprimanded her new worker in front of the entire store. this happened to a loved one of mine, and she has felt uneasy ever since the scenario. in addition, my two loved ones went to this store and got followed and watched by the workers. i understand their concern, but it was an uncomfortable and unnecessary response. the workers were saying “check cameras” into their radios in front of them. it is a toxic work environment and not gracious toward their employees. my loved one is still bothered by the event that occurred at...
