QDOBA Mexican Eats — Restaurant in Mansfield

Went to this establishment with my family and will be definitely be returning again. The food was extremely fresh and tasteful and the bowls we ordered all had plentiful portions. The workers were all very good and the Manager was very helpful in explaining all the products and went above and beyond doing what she could to make not just our food experience great but our visit dining in the establishment very comforting ,as she kept making sure if everything was fine and if their was anything we needed to let them know. It was also very clean compared to other establishments I have visited and fully stocked with everything as many other ones have visited were always missing utensils, napkins etc. This store should be the prime example for Qdoba, if they ever want to show how a restaurant should be ..not just regarding the food but the workers, cleanliness and having all the products explained and ready for...

My daughter who is 11 was told 35 mins before closing the grill was turned off. I was waiting in the car and went in to ask the slender male who talks in a high pitch why the store is till open ? After asking him this he started shaking and screamng at us! He then turnded on the grill and jumped on it putting all his weight on the grill screaming . We both stood in shock . After this he grabbed a piece of bread and started cramming things into it ! We both went for the door ! He followed us them slammed it shut and locked it almost hitting us . I am still to this day amazed he has not been thrown in jail for attacking someone . PLEASE do not ever go to this restaurant your saftey could be at risk . If he is not working you will be served by all females thats are so rude and nasty your jaw will drop . They also purposly cheap you on portions ! This is in my top 5 of all time WORST...

Absolutely love this location! I am new to Qdoba and have only gone a few times and the people that were working on 8/12/22 were absolutely amazing. Their names are Terri, Alex, Moe, Aaron, and Matt. I ordered a chicken bowl with queso and chips and everything was fresh and absolutely delicious! I was asked if I had rewards with them, in which I replied that I did not and the manager (I’m assuming was the manager) happily informed me that I should download the Qdoba app and make an account to start receiving points for the future, and also showed me how I can redeem the points from the bottom of my receipt that I got as well. I highly recommend going to this location!
