Bought a Dreamcast game from these guys’ booth at a local convention. Was able to play about 3 minutes before it got stuck loading. A local shop tried resurfacing the disc 3 times only to find the scratch beyond repair. When I called explaining the issue the employee told me the only solution would be to drive nearly two hours to their store to exchange the game or get a refund. In addition to all of this, the price for the game was ridiculously inflated. And it was only after much discussion did the employee offer what he said was a “generous discount”. Come to find his “discounted” price is actually the average going rate for the game! Absolutely ridiculous! UPDATE: I was able to receive a refund after exchanging the game in a closer location. I appreciated the sympathy and apologies over the issue, and I don’t believe that any of this was done deliberately. However this whole situation was incredibly frustrating nonetheless. I should give them one star but that at least answered my question. Screw this place! I asked about one piece cards and if they sell them. They do BUT BUT BUT only the people who play at the shop and they know there get them and get first pick out do cases! That’s just wrong and really shows you want to gatekeep and not let anyone have a real chance! Just do pre orders then! If I show up on release day for a tcg and I am first there and only buying two boxes of boosters you can’t let me but until someone hand picks boxes first!
