The one nail tech that did my full set was leaving until she seen three girls get out of car and stopped and asked we needed nail done I said yes my daughter and I would like a full sets he turns around and says okay I could do check in right there so my daughter goes to use restroom and she was going first with Tina girl who walked us in and I waS called to table after with next available tech so I sit down and girl starts my nails and my daughter is taking a little bit of time in bathroom. So girl Tina says if she can work on me while other girl waits my daughter i said sure why not so I scoot over to next table and now Tina doing my nails and no sooner here comes my daughter and she sits down. And at first I thought very nice and friendly atmosphere had a little conversation and then I get cut and drummed a couple of times and shesdone with my nails that fast and she tells me thanks for coming but she has to get home to her children and has to go. I hand her a 10 dollar tip and out the door she goes i payed 130 when all said and done for mine and my daughters full sets it wS on the 4th of March we got them. By the 10th one nail snapped off the second was off just snapped off by the 13th and here we are the17th and all but three are limiting all ready my nails always last me between the three and four week mark but not at this place barley lasted a full week before I lost one. For the price I paid to already have s etc thats barley holding on very disappointing they should be refunding my full amount of dollars of offering a full set free because I basically paid all thaT money to not even have nails. And what I do have are coming off......and i would be having them come back to do them over if they care about there customers and keeping them!...

They were open yesterday on Sunday and I didn’t want to wait to have the old gel nail polish taken off and go to the regular place I go- I really should have! The older woman rushed me and wouldn’t wait until I found my regular color, the gel machine was burning my nails many times whereas my regular nail salon doesn’t do this. She did a messy job of painting- the polish is in the cuticle area and oops! It’s lumpy! I absolutely 💯 do not like the job the manicurist did. I don’t like the color, the repeatedly burning of the machine and the color and lumpy- the whole thing. I’ve been here before and it was just fine. I’m sorry this poor woman has no customer service skills and I have to live with this poor nail service because i can afford this once a month. This salon is fine if you get the...

I went in for a pedicure while I was in town on business and the woman gouged out on the side of my big toe (on both feet) creating an infection on both sides! I tried to call to be civil and get a refund and give feed back and she had the audacity to say infections aren't quick and I would have to go in so they could look. I let her know I work in healthcare and know that infections do indeed take hold within a day, also Im in Denver and have no way to come in to show her. So she HUNG UP ON ME!!! Could have just given me my money back - instead, I have the credit card receipt to show I paid for a service here and if I need anything more than an antibiotic I will be sure to send you a bill!
