Wienerschnitzel — Restaurant in California

The staff seemed to not care, the girl making food and Especially the girl working front at 9 30 pm August 5th was rude and condesending. I think fromt girl was named Alexia? Full story is below if you wanna know it all

So i pulled into the drive through and i ordered and right after my radiator on my car blew up so i didnt get my food amd i pushed my car with my friends to a parking spot. My friend went inside tk then pay for food amd get it hut the lady working counter just was laughing and we understood we are like yeah our car breaking down in a weinerschnitzel is pretty sad and funny but she wasnt even laughing at it and seemed like high? Anyway so 10 mins later the rest of my friends and i went inside to get our friend and he said they still havent given him the food but he had paid already. So i asked if our food was ready and reminded her we came from drive through, and what we ordered and the front girl looked at us like we were dumb (once again seemed blazed out of her freaking mind) and said no then proceeded to walk away to a counter of bags they had like with the orders filled amd looked at one bag and then at us and then proceeded to the next and handed out an order. And so we stood at the counter for another 5 or 10 mins until finally the drive though girl who was swamped btw (what a trooper) came and gave us our food.... the bag that was sitting there for like 10 mins. She then quickly charged us for bbq sauce and we waited for the counter girl again to get us the bbq. And that took 5 mins of her giggling? To get...

I've been going here for years, and I finally decided to eat in the dining room. We sat down at the table and started eating. I was about done with my hot dog, and along comes a roach over my leg and straight for the food. I asked for my food to go but I couldn't stomach it. Makes me think about what could be in the kitchen. Employees didn't seem to be surprised, and were not apologetic at all. I know it's not their fault, but I felt like I shouldn't have even said anything. What's the point? I am so disappointed, and will miss eating here in Manteca. Oh yeah, and the A/C...

This place is always disappointing. The drive thru takes much longer than most other places and the prices are high for what you get ( and how long you have to wait for it). We order 1 burger, 1 hot dog, 3 drinks and a sundae. They made the sundae as soon as we got up to the window and set it down on the counter. It took 14 minutes to get our order and, by the time they handed us our sundae, it was completely melted. We took the lid off and the liquid ice cream went everywhere. ...
