Spent two hours at the sprint store by I-99, and was told to go to the corporate store. Turns out the Sprint store by Home Depot in Manteca is in fact an authorized retailer, so they have only basic access to the Sprint software. Went to the Sprint corporate office on Yosemite and Union on Saturday (6/16/2018). I had gotten new phones due to a warranty covered issue, and they were already acting up again after three months. Went in and the service representatives were very helpful. While waiting to see if we wanted to upgrade to new phones (many, many problems with my Sprint account. I will not be delving into that for this review) or get another warranty replacement, I talked to the other service representatives about accessories. Two of the three were very responsive and friendly, and helped me with any questions I had. The representative that was helping me with my phone problems was helping with my account for over two hours. All this happened, plus I had a 1 1/2 year old running around the store being a toddler, so they took out a mini basketball hoop and a couple balls to help keep him occupied. On 27th of February less than 23 days later they refused to refund prior to the refund attempt I purchased 2 other LG headphones.Service rep suggested I come back on Friday to get manager's approval .manager refused to refund I am contacting CEO of Corp via a letter to let him know of the multimillion dollar class action litigation I will be filingI am sure there are millions of others was same problem and refuse to refund or replace defective Devices therefore spread needs to understand that they will stop doing this deceptive sales practices to other folks I am also going to talk to t-mobile who just Bought out Sprint...

Came in near closing time, tmobile customer rep informed me that they had the s20+ ultra, So came in told John( store manager) about the situation prior to the date of visit ( unpleasant customer service experience). Long story short came in was about to go through purchasing the of said unit, but the IMEI number couldn't be scanned and had to settle for an note 20 ultra. They failed to inform me of this ahead of time , and staff didn't pay close attention to detail before letting the tmobile rep over the phone know that it isn't a saleble unit, but given the situation I applaud john & Shanae, for staying a little later after business hours to accommodate me, and helped get me into a "comparable" phone.
Overall I would give this store another go. In the future please ๐ verify all obstacles before committing to saying yes to a merch being completely available for sales...
