When I checked out my purchase, the cashier asked if I've received coupons from them, I wasn't sure so he used my phone number & confirmed that I am indeed on their newsletter list. I asked him if I can use their on going coupon, the answer was they got to scan the barcode. For some reason the newsletter in my email load only other pictures but the barcode, the gentleman started rushing me by asking me how would I like to pay it. After couple attempts loading the coupon unsuccessfully, I paid and left. Once I was outside of the store, the coupon just magically loaded, it shows Everything On Sale, with extra 10% off. So I went back to the store waited back to the line and hope that I can get 10% off of my over $100 purchase. Once to my turn, the same cashier told me that the coupon can only apply to one single item, so, I applied to the most cost item. The gentleman this time did not scan my barcode and just punched few numbers and Bingo, I got $2 back! The moral of this story is Horrible shopping experience! I bought a $400 high pressure washer 3 days ago. I bought the guarantee with it. It broke down after about eight hours of use and started spewing oil. However, when I took it back the manager gave me free of charge the six and a half horsepower pressure washer because the four horsepower pressure washer was not in stock.
