Though the workers are often polite, it cannot make up for their often forgetfulness. You cannot order food online due to their lack of attention to detail. 3 times in a row, I ordered online where my smoothie was forgotten. I called them and asked if a refund can be given, I was told I had to go instore. I'm not sure if they think of the inconvenience of driving to a cafe you made a delivery order from, but that defeats the purpose and makes absolutely no sense. Also, their hours of operation is not accurate. The store is says 7 am to 9pm. I went there at 7:45 am and the doors where locked. I also watched as I typed this other customers attempting to come in but realizing the doors are locked. This isn't good service. I'm not sure if the manager is ever in the store but someone should oversee the workers of this...

I ordered for pick up on 6/9. There was no receipt on my bag and I see why. I ordered extra ingredients which cost extra MONEY. Didnt get any of the extra avocado or hummus. Didn’t even get close to what I paid for, my wrap is suppose to have all the ingredients listed in it and instead they put a hot sauce in it, rice and some lettuce. Hot sauce isn’t even on the ingredients that go into the wrap. I would love to make a complaint on their official website but I’m missing my receipt that has all the information to make a complaint.
