Verizon — Local services in Manvel

It’s been a hassle not only with the customer service at this location but with Verizon as a whole. It has been a horrible experience switching over from another carrier and retrieving my rebate as promised when switching, I also am only going to receive a $200 rebate and not $300 that is on my receipt and contract. I’m glad I just started with one phone to see how their service is and wait to sign up my whole family in total of 4 phones as I will definitely not be doing that now. Worst experience ever. I came in with questions in regards to how to get a screen fixed on my sons phone and I was in Pearland area so lake Jackson store told me to go the Manvel one that was closer.. soon as I walk in the young woman and man looked miserable and un approachable… I started to let he her know what was going on and what I needed help with she looked confused so I had to call lake Jackson store and they helped me I ended up just driving there.
