Maplewood Square — Local services in Maplewood

Officially not coming back to this location again, despite the fact that it’s within walking distance of my home. I’ve given them so many chances, but it seems like nothing is changing. Every time I’ve come into this Schnucks location, except for maybe two or three times, I’ve had some sort of issue. Tonight was the final straw... the employees hardly know what they’re doing, have no respect for the customer’s time, and can’t solve simple issues (like realizing that only 2/3 items rang up discount 3 for $7)! Customer service closes before the store closes, and not only the cashier but also the manager that was called over didn’t know what to do when services was closed at 9:15 tonight. The only issue I have with this location is going through the self-check out. The cashier who stands there is non-compliance to not helping customers out and also has no problem yelling at a co-worker in front of customers threatening to have them fired!
