If jc penny, Dillard's, Macy's,even target and Walmart had employee's like these lady's, who work at Maurices they would be beyond filthy rich! They would be disgustingly rich. Made me feel like they wanted me to be there, from the minute you walk in to the minute you walk out they were excited to help. They laughed and all came to see what they put together for me to wear. I have been going to Penny's since childhood I could honestly say NEVER have I been treated so well. I left there feeling positive about my experience, about the clothing that I bought and tried on. If it didn't fit they found your size for you took it to you and where at other stores NO one brings you anything unless you hunt them down only to make you feel like your disturbing them and it's inconvenients... Here at Maurices I walked in skeptical and came out a fan. Trust me the manager is wonderful. Happy energetic showed me options was real I can honestly say her and the girls made it a one of a kind experience. But it wasn't because I came back brought my daughter in law and don't you know she left feeling wonderful with the amazing experience with these lady's. Plus size shaming? Not at this store... I ordered a tshirt for my sonās birthday party and then failed to pick it up because we went with another theme. Anyway, after the pickup window passed, I expected to get a refund. Weeks go by and this doesnāt happen so I ultimately follow up with customer service via email. After multiple exchanges, it goes nowhere with the agent telling me they canāt call outside certain hours- the store that is. So I try calling store directly tonight (an hour before closing) itās quickly clear my called is being outsourced but I proceed anyway, hoping someone can help. I explain the situation and give my order # only to be on hold for several minutes and ultimately told, the agent canāt reach anyone at store right now but will make sure to notify store by end of day tomorrow and then I can expect a refund in 3-5 days. As soon as I walked in the door a lady jump to ask me what I needed and what I was looking for when I told her I would like to look around she kept pushing it what can I help you with are you looking for something for a special occasion. I was looking for something for a funeral then she was like okay and walked away.. I was there with my two kids. And as lady was walking away I heard her say in her walkie talkie there's a lady walking around with a stroller and a baby keep an eye on her.. that is the rudest thing somebody can do I almost turned around and walked out of the store.
