My husband went to the store at the premium outlet and bought a handbag a wallet and a make up bag for my daughter for Christmas. They put all three pieces in a bag and handed it to him. He asked if they could Wrap the pieces in tissue and then put it in the bag with tissue so it looks like a present. After all it is two weeks before Christmas. When he ask them he was told we don’t wrap oh you want tissue and they handed him the tissue. It’s evident they don’t have any customer service ethics at all. However their competitors in the same mall who is Michael Kors and Coach automatically wrap the pieces in tissue and either place the items in a box or a bag with additional tissue so it looks like a present. It’s customer service like this that makes you never wanna go back no matter what the prices because you can always order it online. Maybe that’s with Kate Spade stores really want you to do instead of shop their stores. Terrible experience all...
