Came in a week ago, was looking for a Christmas gift for my mother and mother in law. I let Heather know what I was looking for and my price range. She was able to show me multiple items and explained the differences between them. I found exactly what I was looking for. We agreed that the warranty was needed and it's good to know you go to any Kay jewelers, drop off the jewelery for a work order. Heather also helped me with a clasp repair for an older item. She let me know the expected date and communicated the expectations of the repair as well as the warranty details of the new items. I really appreciate the time she took to listen and help me find what I wanted within my budget. Today I went in for myself. Rosanna helped me find a longer chain for a necklace from a recent purchase. (The location I purchased from did not have a chain long enough) She even showed me one that was adjustable, this was perfect. While looking at the chains I noticed a beautiful onyx paw print necklace. Roseanne made a great observation that it matched with a set I had previously purchased. After talking about the warranty and the free cleanings with inspections I am so happy I went to Kay. Read moreA year ago for my birthday in November my husband bought me a beautiful small ring from here. I bring it back every 6 months so May and November for inspections and keeping the warranty. I was informed that the prongs are weak and I have lost 2 stones and it's tarnished and mis-shapen. So I gave them permission to fix but that will take 2 weeks. Then she told me it's goin to happen so b prepared to send the ring off every 6 months, so basically we bought a crappy ring, (500.00, most I have ever spent on any jewelry)which means Kay jewelers lied to me to begin with and I can only have my ring 11 months outta the year and I need to buy a substitute for the 2 weeks every 6 months while mine is sent for repairs. 😡😢 I don't trust and will not purchase from them again!!! And today is 12:10 24, this is an update.
