First off, I need to clarify that I almost never leave reviews for a business. I am not an angry, complainer. Usually I just keep quiet and say nothing at all, but my experience at this store compels me to review and comment. Details: I had an Android phone that kept restarting, usually in mid-call or text. When I took it in, they told me that there was nothing wrong with my phone. An upgrade was recommended. I asked how much it would cost and was told it would be only $16 a month more than I was paying now. $239 later, I had my new phone. They didn't tell me any of the costs ($75 activation fee, $60 in taxes and $104 to pay off existing phone) until I was half way through the upgrade. In addition, this morning someone tried to change the password to my banking app. They transferred my apps wirelessly which most likely exposed my info to someone inside or outside the store.
