In fairness, had I written this review when I left the shop with my new shoes, it would have been great...however...poor quality and poor customer service will always come back to bite you. Just 2 months after I purchased my shoes, after maybe 10 and at most 15 wearings, the sole separated from the boot...not a scratch or broken shoe string...but the entire back half of the boot came apart from the sole!! Knowing their reputation, I was certain that a quick visit back to the boutique would end in some sort of a win-win situation. However, when I showed the sales person the shoe...she turned up her nose, crinkled her face and said "Did you wear them???"....really? Are their shoes not meant to be worn? "How many times did you wear them?"...seriously? She then indicated that they were on sale...that she couldn't even get them anymore...and that there was really nothing she could do. There was no attempt to retain me as a customer or even empathize with my situation...quite the opposite as I left feeling as if I'd actually been the one at fault here...shame on me for actually wearing the shoes. I'm 50...these were just a fun purchase...I'll glue them back together and hope to double their lifespan...but I've made my last visit to...

Whenever I need a dress for an occasion, I have always considered Bobbles and Lace but I have stopped because every single time I walk in, NO ONE ever greets me. I noticed that as soon as a caucasian female walks in, they make sure to welcome them. During the first couple of times I would find myself finding the excuse that maybe no one saw me walk in, but it has been on more than 2 occasions therefore this LATINA is no longer purchasing any overpriced item from this business. To give you further evidence, go on their website and see if you notice any colored models. I am not saying that you are obligated to hire any minorities but at least have the courtesy of making them feel welcomed (customer service) while they are present within...

Amazing experience working with Aurora. Needed a dress for a wedding ASAP and she found exactly what I wanted along with shoes, coat and jewlery. I have some pretty extreme body issues due to cancer and she found a solution that worked perfectly. Can not say enough about this adorable boutique and sales staff. Prices are completely affordable. Wish I had one near me that comes complete...
