Went to SCOOP last week, and I had a mixed experience. There was only one person working that night with a pretty decent line. She was going as fast as she could, but it took a while. I definitely think they should staff two people minimum. There were tons of options, and I was really excited to try them. I was disappointed, however, when I found out their ice creams were not their own but, rather, a popular brand from Maine. Iād personally rather see fewer flavors and have the ice cream be homemade in a local scoop shop. Girl comes back with a SMALL size cup you would get at McDonald's for his shake and a cup with ONE scoop of ice cream for my LG Sundae. NO cherry because they were sold out and too lazy to walk 3 ft nxt door to the grocery store to buy a jar. AND they do not offer soft serve. You are an ice cream shop but no soft serve. Okaaay
