Groomers Helper — Local services in Margate City

It is the warehouse/ production facility. I went there thinking it was the store and when I walked in was met by a room full of stares. The owner came over and introduced himself and explained that the store was either next to or inside his wife's grooming salon that was several blocks away near the post office. When I told her I had a Yorkie puppy her eyes lit up and she began telling me all the supplies I'd need and how she was a master groomer for 30 years and when was I making my grooming appointment and ordering what she recommended. I told her I would only need shampoo and brushes and was going to wait on the grooming for now. At that point an employee came up to her and asked if she was going to the store because he needed to do something over there and he'd take her. She turned to him and said "No, why?" When he motioned to me she said "Oh no, she'll come another day." To which I immediately said Goodbye and left the store. That was so rude and such horrible customer service. For her to think that I would ever come back or use her services again is ridiculous to think of. She has no respect for people's time, was not apologetic about the Google mess up, in fact laughed it off saying "It happens all the time, we really need to fix that", then acted like wasting alot of my time on this bs journey in the rain wasn't a big deal even after learning I take public transportation and walk, even pointing out the fact that the bus stop was about a block from the salon. If she treats people like this, I would never leave my defenseless baby...
