Hot Bagels & More- 9414 Ventnor Ave — Restaurant in Margate City

It’s a shame there’s no competition for bagels in Margate, because this place could use it.

They consistently screw up the orders, either adding or removing items as they deem fit. Today I ordered a sausage egg and cheese with onions, and was served a sausage, bacon, egg and cheese with no onions. Last week I ordered a cinnamon raisin, toasted with cream cheese and a whole wheat untoasted, and was served a cold cinnamon raisin only, there was no whole wheat.

When capitalism finally catches up with this shore town, “Hot” Bagels & Less is going to have to find ways to do better for their customers.

Great experience this morning getting brunch for the whole crew. I should’ve ordered ahead but decided to just walk in and the line was huge. Thank god for Leanne. Everyone in line was hangry and she kept everyone happy. (And I’m pretty sure I saw Pat Croce up ahead of me - should’ve worn my Sixers hat) Of course the bagels speak for themselves. Horrible customer service! I get it that it is a very busy holiday weekend. But if a. Customer asked you multiple times to check on a order and you say it’s gonna take time to make it. But never look to see if the ticket is still even behind the counter that’s just stupid. Had me wait for 30 mins till I finally asked for a refund and magically they say it’s gonna take two seconds to make it after being told it takes a while multiple times.
