This provider is the absolute worst experience I have ever had. Going into the store does no good in getting any results or answers the employees seem to be either incompetent or att does not give them the ability to do anything except sell a phone. I couldnt even get my email updated correctly with them for the longest time, each time they said it was fixed when I would go in or call it was still incorrect. Had difficulties getting my Galaxy watch number to sync with my phone and they just kept giving additional Sim cards which ultimately ended up charging us for multiple lines we weren't actually using.Any time I actually thought I was getting somewhere it turned out I wasn't. I transfered billing responsibility to my boyfriend since I paid off my phone so I could switch carriers and then received a bill for an account that was supposed to have been transfered and closed. When payments were made in store they didn't show applied to the account and then my boyfriends phone was disconnected after making a payment and was told he may not get his original number back which would have cost him a lot of money since he is a...

We all know that it can be a VERY frustrating process, waiting in line, not knowing if anyone will be able to help, etc. But when those that are suppose to 'help' you, don't know what they are doing, it makes a hard situation untenable:/ Daniel didn't know a lot of things, that there is an activation fee for apple watches, how to see the info on our account, etc. But the problem was compounded because he just didn't seem to care that he didn't know or offer an apology. He ended up adding an extra line on our account as well...it took 45 minutes on the phone to get that figured out. It's just bad form... P.S.
