The admission process is highly unprofessional. I got called and was given a false appointment time. This time was confirmed twice through text and phone call. Prior to arriving I shared personal experiences with this individual about why I wanted to continue obtaining my degree. She acted like she genuinely cared and wanted to help. I show up at the designated appointment that she made around her schedule just for them to tell me she’s on lunch. I was then thrown off to an individual who took absolutely no time to learn me and rambled off memorized responses. She did not even glance at the information sheet they had me fill out in the lobby.She could not answer questions regarding financial aid requirements and gave misinformation about where certain programs are located. On my way out I see the original individual speaking with another person. I assume I was double booked. They exhibited poor time management, and lack of consideration of my hour commute time. They do not handle business effectively or efficiently. They have had my paperwork since September scheduled a financial aid appointment Saturday to tell me there’s a balance due that I ended up getting the funds and was supposed to start today. They don’t answer the calls and take forever responding and keep stating they have appointments. You can’t sign your documents online like most colleges nor pay online like most college’s allow you to do. The reviews are eh 8/10 to being correct. HOWEVER, my experience with Jason Olin has been great! I am huge on reviews as to why I scrolled all the way down to read them before I gave mine. I started this Fall as a BSN student. I am enjoying my journey as it is still fresh. Jason is always an email or text away.
