Mudlick Mail is a scam! I paid over $500 back in December, 2016, to have postcards advertising my daycare center sent to potential clients. The postcard included a 50% off of the registration fee coupon, so I was surprised when none of them came back to us. But I thought I would give the company another chance in March of 2017. The sales rep, Josh Seabrook, was very attentive until he received my payment. I had to email him several times after I made payment asking about when the cards would go out. Josh finally responded after a couple of weeks, and assured me that the cards would be mailed out to a list of families who have children under the age of two, within a couple miles radius of my daycare center within the next week or so. I asked Josh at that point to please send me the list of names and addresses of the families the cards would be sent to. Josh did send me the list. I looked over the list carefully, and found that I recognized fifteen families of the several hundred listed. The good news is that he had the correct addresses. The bad news is that not one of these families has young children. I even saw my own name and address on the list, and my youngest child is almost 18! I corresponded with Josh several times over the next couple of weeks, but he was giving me the brush-off. I told him that I expected to be refunded for at least 50% of the second mailing cost, again over $500. This was the last response that I received from Josh on April 7, 2017: Have you guys not had any new kids come in at all? Are you feeling mislead because of an issue with the list or why are you feeling mislead? Since we didnât have a tracking number we canât help track phone calls coming in. So can you help me get a whole picture view of this.

No we never got any response from the first mailing and have not yet had any response from this mailing. I am feeling mislead because you told me that you would target a certain demographic and that was clearly not who was receiving these cards. I don't want to have to bring this issue to small claims, so please do the honest thing and refund what I am asking for.

One we asked not to hit homes until after Thanksgiving and they sent them and they hit homes on black Friday. Can't predict the mail. This is 2022. Everything can be tracked. Especially a $3700 mailer!
Another one was extremely late. Nobody could tell us where the mailers were for a couple weeks. I started doing seminars with set dates. Those didn't get to homes until Friday, our seminar was on Tuesday and Wednesday. This last one. We asked for a mail receipt and confirmed our art March 10th. I couldn't accept the art work on their website so I emailed saying it was great and move forward. Our rep did not say the order wasn't moving forward. She continued to send more artwork for future dates.
We asked when this specific mailer was going to hit homes for the last month. Nobody would give us a date. They actually sent us a mailing receipt from a previous mailer. They just emailed today. Four days before our seminar and said, "oh, we don't have an order, the art work never got approved." Excuse me? We have been emailing with our rep and manager about this date since March 10th. You just noticed now that it never got submitted? Basically had set to have 4 seminars in April. Had 0. Thanks, never again. We had to pay a reception line to take our reservations that I don't get money back for, our person who oversees our mailers with the company, and a whole month of lost revenue in this niche because all of our advertising money went to that and HIGH...
