I took my xbox to get its hdmi port fixed about a year ago and it worked well for a while until it stopped working a couple months ago out of the blue. It hasn’t left my desk since its last repair but yet it just stopped working, so I took it back to see what they could do. I then had to call about 5-6 times because they never did call me when they said they would and after all of that they said the repair would cost a little less than it was the last time. I didn’t want to spend even more to repair it because at that point it would be cheaper to buy a brand new one. So then I get it back and I open it up and it’s missing a bunch of screws, inside and out, and it was missing the base plate. Even if I wanted to get it fixed somewhere else the thing probably wouldn’t hold together with everything missing. In these pictures you can see where there are many screws missing and how far the fan at the top can come out and other pieces that were left loose.

I do NOT recommend! I was so scared to bring my iPad in. When my screen cracked I put my iPad up to make sure nothing else would happen. I took it in to CPR and told them what I needed done. I paid for it. And was expecting to have it back a few days later. I went to pick it up and the wires were showing. They told me they would replace it and have it ready the next day. Yea, that didn’t happen. A few days passed and I got a call saying that they broke the screen when trying to fix it with the wires showing. Then after they put the new screen on they noticed my home button was not working when they put the new screen on. (It was working perfectly fine when I took it in) they did say they messed it up & fixed it. But since it has been replaced now my finger print will not work. The guy that called said well it looks like this is just a kids iPad and it probably won’t matter if the finger print works. Umm yes I let my son use my iPad for car trips but no I use it for work and like to keep it locked when I’m at work. So the finger tip lock is nice. He said well unfortunately he can’t do anything about it. And I could come get my iPad any time. It has been already a week since I dropped my iPad off. By Thursday I went in to get my ipad. While picking it up I noticed the corner looked like it was cracked. The guy said oh that’s just the protector we place on top. I pointed and said no there is a freaking crack in the new screen. He said oh I guess there is. Since I already payed for my screen to be replaced I left it even though they have lost all my trust. I called today since it has been a week since I was last there to pick it up. The guy said yes it’s ready. So I was on my way there and I get a call saying it was not ready yet and they didn’t know it had a crack in the screen. I am so anger! My iPad that just needed a replaced screen. Turned into a two week repair and even more damaged than before I dropped it off. I get accidents happen. But I was already worried about bringing my iPad in to get replaced and they damaged my iPad more than I needed fixed and was not very professional with the response about braking it even more. I am so anger. I will never use CPR Cell Phone Repair ever again! And I will never recommend...

I brought my laptop here to replace a fan. They took a $45 deposit and told me that they would call within a few days giving me an estimate and making sure I wanted to go ahead with the repair. This all sounds reasonable. A week later, after hearing nothing, I called and asked for an update, but they had none. I use the computer for work and asked if they could possibly expedite the job, to which they agreed. 3 weeks later, after hearing nothing, I went in and picked the computer up. At that point, they agreed to order the part needed and let me know when it came in so that I could bring my computer back and have the repair done. 2 more weeks go by and I have heard nothing (mind you, I have already paid for the repair at this point which was $200) I call them, only to find out that the part had been there for a week and no one bothered to let me know. I drop my laptop off And they take 3 days to do the repair. Despite, my frustration at this point, I was interested in selling the laptop and upgrading to a PC, so I asked them what they would give me for mine. They took an additional week and a half to finally give me an estimate of $300 dollars for my laptop, after litterally just charging me $200 to replace the fan in it. I'm one of those "I know what I have" people, but seriously? I literally just paid you guys $200 to fix the PC, why didn't you just ask for it for free before doing the repairs?? For context, the laptop is 2 years old with an Intel i9 13th Gen 8 core processor, 32gb ram and an RTX 3060, it retails for $2700 right now.

The only reason they got two stars instead of one is because they did eventually do the work, and they seem to have done a competent job. It simple took a month and a half.

Consensus: hilariously slow, unprofessional, poor communication, insulting disrespectful of my time and energy, did...

Just had my phone repaired here. Had a messed up charger port. After I dropped it off yesterday afternoon, about 20 minutes later, my wife got a call from the store and asked for me. I was then informed that the guy fixing my phone had busted my screen when trying to open my phone. They replaced it completely free of charge. Even over-night shipped my screen to the store and had it ready today!

Edit 6/11/22: Since I've got my phone back, my phone doesn't have service in places it had before and I have to keep restarting my phone, and my volume up button no longer works. Definitely not impressed by that at all. I guess you take the good with the bad, I suppose. They essentially turned my phone into a glorified MP3 player. Almost completely useless as a phone without an internet connection. I wound up going ahead an getting a new phone through my service provider, instead of having to take my current phone back in to get repaired. I'm not paying for their mistakes. So basically, to sum up my experience; it's basically a gamble. Your electronics might work as expected, or not at all how...
