Taco Bell — Restaurant in Marietta

I normally don't leave reviews unless I have a good reason. I've had issues with this store, already, several times. I'm a regular at this store or...was. Since mid February, each time my mother or myself have come in, we've had issues. It ranges from them having NO beef, NO tea... Several things, OUT OF STOCK but this isn't even the cake topper. A few weeks ago, I had a late night and went there to grab something to eat. Mind you, this store is open until 3am. When I pulled up, they had all the lights off and when I reached the speaker, they didn't say anything but one female was hanging out of the window, talking to a gentleman in a truck. So, I said something to get their attention, I also mentioned that all their lights were off and couldn't see the menu. The female on the speaker huffed and turned the lights on. So, I made my order. Then pulled up, the gentleman in front of me continued to speak to the female employee, all while flashing his lights at me for a good twenty minutes, while she giggled and stared straight at me. When he finally pulled away, I pulled up to her sitting away from the window, on her phone. Sat and wanted another twenty minutes and eventually gave up, then pulled away. (This is incident one) Next, not long after, I went in with my mother. The female at the window gave us attitude the entire time and threw the order into the bag. My mother's items were scattered in a bag and torn apart, as were mine and the fries were frozen solid. When we came back to get our order fixed, we were met with the same nasty attitude. Tonight, was the cake topper...again, another long day and late night. I came inside to order my food with a coupon I received from the corporate office as an apology for the bad service prior to this visit. I was met with HORRIBLE behavior. When ordering an extra drink for my friend who came with me, he gave me an attitude and claimed that I already had one from my meal and didn't need another one. I then presented my coupon and the employee who had already gave me attitude, stomped off to make food muttering out that he wished he had a "fu*king" coupon. I proceeded home to find that the crunch wrap I had ordered was full of lettuce. Just, lettuce... No meat, no cheese, no sour cream. Just a lettuce crunch wrap and even my receipt stated, NO TOMATO. So.. Needless to say, this was the last straw and I will be reporting the store to corporate, once more. In the last few months, that store has gone completely down hill. It use to be a great place. Just had the most horrible experience at this location.

Went through the drive thru (1-4-23). Ordered a chicken quesadila, 2 crunchwrap supremes, and two soft tacos. Girl at the window dropped some of my change owed to me and didn't even bother to remedy the situation and was very rude (first red flag). Got to the next window and things got much more hectic and they proceeded to give us the wrong order. Had to repeat what we ordered 3 times before they said they had no record of it. They asked for the receipt, handed it over, manager Tesi came to the window and said "yeah you had the remake?" had no clue what she was talking about. She proceeded to say they already made it and had to make it again. My grandma told her that wasn't our mistake and it was theirs. She tossed the bag at my grandma and everything in the bag almost spilled all over the car. This witch has no business being a manager because the employees have no idea what they are doing and she will be reported to corporate tomorrow! I will not be back to this location for a...

The last 2 times I've gone here my order's been wrong and missing items. I just got back to my house and noticed HALF OF MY ORDER WAS MISSING. I love Taco Bell but I'm never going back to this location again. Ridiculous.

UPDATE: Originally posted several months ago but recently had Taco Bell back in my hometown and then again here in Marietta and it's just VASTLY different. There is something going on at this Taco Bell because the meat is off here. I don't know what it is but something is off. The smell of the food is also just rank. Aside from the meat they use, the beans are atrocious. They smell horrible and taste even worse. Getting a bean burrito is usually my go to if Taco Bell takes away items I would usually order off the menu but here the beans are just extremely thick and smell horrible. I'm genuinely curious what's going on here because I used to eat Taco Bell a couple times a week and it's been weird never going anymore since I moved to Marietta. This Taco Bell has something seriously wrong...
