Square Threads — Local services in Marietta

Now that I finally have a pair of pants in possession I will leave a review -

I won a gift card to square threads through a silent auction and was excited to get some clothes , as they have a high quality brands.

Starting from the beginning - I went into square threads to get some jeans, when I arrived I found a brand I liked and was told they had some on order and they took my number to call to let me know when they arrive - I never received a call.

I went back two weeks later and they told me they had the pants but they were in boxes and they would call me - never received a call.

I went back two weeks later and finally found some that fit in the waist but too long in length, but I was told since I am buying them there boozer will tailor for free - I bought the pants (~$180 after tax). And was told I would get a call when they were ready.

Waited two weeks after purchase , and finally made a call myself (6/20/2025) around 4:30 (1.5 hours before they close) Boozer answered and said he would check and give me a call back - never called me back.

I called a day later (6/21/2025) and was told they were ready - my wife went to pick them up and was charged $18 even though I was told that since I purchased there it was free of charge.

I am very disappointed as I have been in multiple times and have stated to boozer I want to buy one pair of pants, as they are expensive, and see how they fit before I commit to more - and depending on experience I would buy more. Regardless of that point - if someone is spending $200 on one article of clothing I would expect some kind of customer service. Unfortunately that lacks here and I will be back on my search for a custom...

Had a terrible experience. First of all, we told the girl helping us out that we were shopping for our wedding suits and she was very sweet. But when she introduced us to the tailor, Boozer, forgot I existed and only introduced my fiancé. So I introduced myself. Then it seemed like the only person getting any specific help from him was my fiancé. He didn’t give much opinion on my suit and said I looked fine. Didn’t even try rolling up my pants to see what they would like hemmed until I said I didn’t like the way they fit. This was the first place we tried suits on, mind you, and so we weren’t going to make a decision that day. Cue the high pressure sales tactics. He had the audacity to say “You’re two grown men and can’t make a decision?” I was ready to walk out then and there. Needless to say we won’t be going back here ever again. Boozer is absolutely wonderful. My son and I went to see him after a friendly referral for a possible prom suit on last minute notice. Although, we decided to stick to the suit we already had Boozer went above and beyond in trying to assist us. Please know that from the warm welcome upon entry up until the moment you gave us well wishes as we departed we enjoyed our experience.
