came in with packages already pre-labeled and was being assisted by a young lady . i didn’t not get her name but her demeanor was terrible. first thing she did was tell me if i had pre-labeled packages i didn’t not need to wait in the line but the simple sentence it’s self was very nasty . it wasn’t what she said it was how she said and her energy behind it . i then told her that i needed to get the tracking label for the packages. she proceeded to tell me they did not give receipts or print anything off and that i needed to take my packages to the postal office . i began to tell this young lady that i’ve had a receipt printed off before but she insisted i either take my packages to the post office or leave it here with no receipt. i said to her again i’ve been to this location before and got a receipt from a pre-labeled package. really im writing this review not because i don’t believe this young women but because of how she spoke to me and decided to handle it . she looked at me as if i were stupid for even thinking i could get a receipt. the manager Vincent just stood there with the same stupid look and didn’t try to explain anything and neither did the young lady . i can see why this location has so many bad reviews and honestly i will be letting the people i know that stay in that area to stay far away from this location. overall experience was terrible and i pray they don’t treat any else like that again. it sounds like this location needs to have a meeting on customer service. if i could rate this place below 0 i...

My kids (5 and 2) were next to the package I was returning on the floor next then cash register. Take in mind, my 2 year old was in a full leg cast. I was on the computer trying to hurry so my kids wouldn’t be in the way. Next thing you know, my kids decided to roll around on the floor. I told them to stop and to stay put. They stopped but continued to crawl . Next thing you know, a UPS employee named Adrianna stated “Ma’am please move your kids before the ACTUALLY get kicked.” That caught me totally off guard. Now, I’m not saying my kids were in the right but, as a mom, I would really hope my kids would not get KICKED at a UPS STORE. If you ever see a mom struggling to get stuff done but she has kids with her- HELP the mom out so she’s can get out of your store and it can save you from making an insensitive comments like “before your kids ACTUALLY get kicked”. If they would have nicely caught my attention that my kids were in the way or behaving incorrectly, that would have sufficed. Regardless, Adrianna (UPS employee) was unprofessional and completely rude.
I called later on that day just to talk to the manager and the manager was not there. The highest leveled employee was there and he did not even apologize for their Adrianna’s comment.

Read moreI had to get an affidavit signed for the truck I sold and have it notarized. On Tuesday, I went with the person who bought the truck to get this done. A tall man with an accent (I didn’t catch his name) asked us what we needed. We told him we needed the document notarized. He said, “Okay, hold on,” and we waited no big deal.
The information on the document (VIN Number and the details of the truck) Is to be filled out by the customer or the owner (I work in a law firm basic legal document knowledge). But with his approach and seemingly zero will to be there I didn't feel like arguing I even offered to show him real documents of maintenance receipts I had pictures of that had the VIN on there and the truck details etc. and he said "Nope need it in person come back with something".
So we return on Thursday close to closing time so I completely understand the rushing but a really nice lady approached us and she said "All I need is the signers license" she didn't need ANYTHING else. And she notarized the document within seconds.
This employee didn’t just waste one person’s time and gas; he wasted both people’s time and gas due to his incompetence and lack of effort to do his job. I hope he receives the necessary training and guidance to improve, so this location can maintain...
